A really beautiful, cosy and authentic restaurant with rooftops views. Excellent service, food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Lots to choose from on the menu. We didn't book and got a table straight away. Highly recommend if in the area. 5*

We did have to wait one night for a table for around 15 min, and next night 5-10 min. But it was completely worth it.- Wait time

Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Ricardo’s, a cozy and welcoming Italian restaurant that instantly made me feel at home. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with the aroma of fresh herbs and baked dough filling the air.
We started our meal with drinks — a refreshing glass of sangria that was perfectly balanced, fruity, and just strong enough to set the mood for the evening.
For the main course, we enjoyed a delicious pizza with a crisp, thin crust and rich, flavorful toppings that brought out the authenticity of traditional Italian cuisine. Alongside that, the salmon was perfectly cooked — tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, melting in the mouth with every bite.
What made it even more special was the beautiful rooftop terrace, offering a relaxed and scenic setting that added so much charm to the evening.

One of the best places to eat in Alberfeira. Top quality Italian restaurant tucked away down a side street in Old Town. Food is fantastic and service great. Very popular and difficult to get a seat in peak season but 100% worth it

This is a hidden gem! The most wonderful Italian food we have had in a long time! My wife ordered a fresh caprese salad. The tomatoes were as tasty as if they were straight out of your own garden. The fresh mozzarella was pletiful and delicious. It was a wonderful and plentiful appetizer. The spaghetti carbonara main I ordered course was second to none. Hot, fresh, and delicious with just the right amount of bacon. My wife had a delicious cup of cappuccino to top off her meal.
Mehakfreet, our server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. For a wonderful meal with great service at a very reasonable price, Ricardo's is your go-to restaurant in Albufeira Old Town!- Comida

Truly the BEST pizza and pasta in Albufeira. The lovely and beautiful lady with red lipstick serving us was so wonderful (we didn’t get her name). It was so sweet to see how everyone enjoyed having children at their restaurant. None with us but it made a huge impression on the three of us. We will be back before we head home. Thank you so much.

We came here on our first night in Albufeira and the food was amazing! The Burrata pizza was delicious - would recommend getting there early as it gets quite busy so can have to wait for a table

We were a party of 8 and had a great meal here at Ricardo's. Rita and her staff were all very friendly and welcoming. the food was really good and full of flavour. My pasta dish was particularly tasty and left me wanting more and the pizza's were, I am told by my son, absolutely amazing. Empty plates all round. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A starter of prawn cocktail with juicy prawns in sweet Marie Rose sauce which was mixed in the salad and all placed on top of a glass with a mystery green liquid in it (water and colouring), adding a unique and interesting touch. Follow this with ravioli filled with ricotta and sauce and if that's not enough, follow that with the absolute king and queen of desserts, Tiramisu, done the proper Italian way. What a fantastic experience. Food was amazing and the service was second to none. Sat at the roof terrace which added to the enjoyment. Cannot praise the staff or the food enough. Thank you so much for making my birthday special

Great place with amazing view from terrace 🌊 We have tried lunch options and regular pasta. As you can see, sandwich or burger 🍔 is quite ok size and cost not a lot! Everything tasty 🤤

Beautiful beautiful food! The dessert portions were huge! The area was so pretty we got lovely photos too 🥰 the servers were all so nice - especially the supervisor that looked after us. We were recommended to go here and would absolutely recommend it to others - only issue is that it might be hard to get a seat! ✨
